Hi, I’m Vanessa — a qualified Counsellor, Health & Nutrition Coach, and Pilates Instructor with a passion for supporting women to feel well, strong, and more like themselves again.
I work with women navigating anxiety, burnout, postpartum depletion, hormone shifts, and the overwhelm that often comes with trying to juggle too much. As a mother of three and a practitioner with over 8 years of experience, I understand how hard it can be to prioritise yourself when life is already full.
My approach is realistic, structured, and supportive — not overwhelming. I blend evidence-based counselling with health coaching, nutrition guidance, nervous system support, and gentle movement. My goal is to help you feel clear, capable, and more in control of your health and life again.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I listen closely, meet you where you are, and help you move forward with the right tools — step by step.

My approach is calm, practical, and client-centred. I don’t believe in rushing the process or pushing people to fit into a formula. Instead, I take the time to understand your unique story — your current challenges, your energy, your lifestyle, and what you actually need to feel well and supported.
I combine evidence-based counselling with holistic health coaching, nutrition education, and nervous system tools to create a personalised experience. Whether we’re working through anxiety, burnout, postpartum recovery, or helping you rebuild healthier habits, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels sustainable.
Sessions with me are structured but flexible. You’ll always leave with practical steps, but just as importantly, you’ll feel seen, heard, and validated. I hold space for both the emotional and physical aspects of wellness, because I believe they’re deeply connected.
My intention is to create a supportive space where you can pause, reset, and take meaningful action — without the overwhelm.
