Hi, I’m Vanessa.
I’m a qualified Integrative Women’s Counsellor & Nutrition and Health Coach - and a mother of three. I’ve spent 9 years supporting women through anxiety, burnout, postpartum depletion and the kind of chronic overwhelm that doesn’t respond to surface-level fixes.
I created this masterclass because I kept seeing the same pattern: incredibly capable women who had tried everything - and still felt like something was missing. The missing piece was almost always nervous system understanding.
My approach blends evidence-based counselling with nervous system education, nutrition and somatic awareness. I don’t do overwhelm or one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are.
