  • The final phase is about durability. We integrate everything, creating patterns, rhythms, and an internal foundation strong enough to hold you when life is hard. Not perfect. Grounded. That's the goal.

Most approaches address the thoughts. This one addresses the body, which is where chronic anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout actually live.
